I'm sick of all the music around at the minute and i'm looking for songs that really blow you away or make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. New or old, it doesn't matter. Any genre.

My choice would be, Saint Etienne - Only love can break your heart.

Thanks in advance.......!!!

Hi Silk..I'm good.....In bed early...work tomorrow...how's you and errr your appendage...have I missed sommit..thought you were a woman
And then you ruin it all by putting on Boston pmsl...
if you really need to snags - personally i am totally chilled out enough! Especially after listening to Floyd!
Excellent Razzle...we are having some nice weather here aint we...and no...i dont have an appendage...i am all woman!!! LOL
Yeah, didn't mean to say you had a ****. Can't really tell what gender you are if you name yourself after a pack of cigarettes.
A few that spring immediately to mind:

Dean Parrish- I'm on My Way
Led Zepellin- Trampled Underfoot
REM- losing my religion
Four Tops- Baby I Need your Lovin'
Shangrillas- Past Present and Future
Stone Roses- most of their stuff
Guy Darrell - I've been hurt
Silk Cut now that sounds feminine whereas Park Drive sounds masculine..................,yes!

Am I wrong or am I right? :-)
Sounds more like what posers would smoke. I'm more of a Regal man myself. Diggers Rash, now that's a man's cigarettes.
Not a problem Johnny 7....maybe i should change my name to Silky...but i cant be arsed being 'green' again...lol
Harry Chapin.... The cats in the cradle.
Possibly the saddest song ever written, cos its so true.
As Shakespeare said, How sharper than a serpents tooth it is to have a thankless child.
Diggers Rash...............sounds like a fungal infection....a bad one at that...lol
you shud give a listen to these songs,
hate me today-blue october
lightning crashes-live
shattered-OAR
kiss the rain-billie meyers
ever the same -rob thomas
angels-robbie williams
the man who cant be moved-the script
If you want more songs just drop a note. i didnt write all my favourites. hope u enjoy them.
Days of Pearly Spenser/Spencer...........there's sad......
lol ....yes indeed Razzle - u've got the right idea...are u a park drive lady?

Silk Cut - feminine
Park Drive - masculine
Regal - could be either (i used to smoke 'em)
Lambert & Butler - sounds posh...nah!!
Benson & Hedges....dont know

WelllllllllllSilkyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Before I stopped smoking I liked Sobranne for a good pose but if I really wanted to smoke it would be a hand rolled vanilla shag or brandy rub... Can't beat a hand roll tobacco from Miss Moran's...:-)
Wow Razzle ...a woman after me own heart....

ya cant beat a hand rolled shag...or a nice brandy rub....LOL LOL

is miss moran's still open???
Any of you tried (or, know anyone who has) those electronic cigarettes ?
And what about superkings (menthol)
Sure is....but I being an ex smoker just stand outside and inhale the lovely fumes. If your really in the know you get to sniff the jars..............lol
Another song from my youth that i love
Bread....'Diary'
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24IfD-0VUu4

Debsy...yea i know a guy who smokes one of those electronic ones...looks really funny...you see the smoke and it looks really weird....i've not tried myself tho...i like the real thing!!!
