Does anybody know how to use 2 ipods on the 1 pc

On Windows you can set up an account for each person that uses the PC.
When Windows starts then you can choose your account, Jack, Jill etc.
Each person then has their own user space and they can set up their own ipod system on their own account.
This is also good because you can have your own favorites, your own desktop background, your own personal files and so on.

That is a very inefficient method. You will be setting up two librarys which will duplicate a lot of tracks (and waste space)
I run 7 from the same Library. It is easy.
Add two folders
MY MUSIC
YOUR MUSIC
and drag your songs or playlist to your own folder.
When you connect your iPod, it appears under devices on the left. When you click on that, the window shows and box that says Manually manage music. Check that box. Then go to the music tab and click selected playlists and click on your folder.
