Electronic music with opera type sample

There is a piece of music which is electronic with a sort of opera sample. It's very dramatic and is sometimes played when sporting teams run on the pitch or face each other. It was used in this week Top gear when they did a final comparison of 2 cars.

It's not 'jerusalem' - it sounds like the sort of music which would be ideal for a film like gladiator - but it's not in the film. It's a long story but I need to find this music. many thanks
