Frank Wilson's record "Do I love you (indeed I do )" is often quoted as the most collectable and valuable single ever. Valued in 000s. Why? (It is a great song!)

The original record is extremely rare.  After it was recorded, Frank Wilson said that he wasn't happy with the record.  It was never actually released and all but 2 copies were destroyed.  Those 2 copies have sold in the thousands of pounds.

For a long time, there was only one copy known to be in existance, but a second copy has surfaced recently, as mcmikeymikeymike advises. The Northern Soul fraternity are keen on obscure singles on obscure labels, and a rarity increases in collectability if a 'buzz' goes round the scene about it. This is one of the all-time legenday singles, and although it's freely available on compliations and on CD, it's the original vinyl on the original label that's the one everyone wants to have.
