What happened to the guitar which Jimi Hendrix threw into the crowd at Monterey in '67 after he'd set it on fire?

as far as i`m aware it is in 3 or 4 pieces. I can't remember who has them but if you want I can find out. Also, Fender did make a strat painted up in the same way as said guitar, I last saw one on sale in the mid nineties....
