Hi, I keep hearing this record on the digital radio station "Heat" - which doesnt have the song info printed - practically every morning but I think it's been around for some weeks maybe even months.  The lyrics go something like:

"Get out, right now, it's the end of you and me... you said you would treat me right but you were just a waste of time."  It's about a girl who finds out her boyfriend has been ringing her best friend - she found her number on his phone.  If anyone knows the song title (lots of acoustic guitar strumming) and artist (female, young) I'd be darn grateful for it.
