Blondie if I remember correctly.

Queen

(70's Bohemian Rhapsody, 80's Under Pressure (with David Bowie) and 90's Innuendo (and Bohemain Rhapsody again))

Blondie is also correct

u2?
didn't the Bee Gees do it?
Not the Bee Gees, the best they did in the 90s was reaching No5 with "Alone" and again with "Immortality".  The Bee Gees did have No1s in the 60s,70s and 80s though.
Queen is the only one I know. Say, does anyone know who first recorded under the name Jeff Powers?
