Either an Eastenders or Corrie actor. In his 60's. Worked behind the bar, married a blonde lady and ended up living above the bar. This album was out approx 10 years ago so I'm guessing thats when he was in the show. Gruff voice and smoked. The name Billy may be relevant. Sorry this is vague, this is all the information a friend in Canada could give me. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
