i'm looking for a songs title

i'm looking for a lyrics of a song for a long time.
a friend of mine heard this song on the radio a while ago.

she only remembers the phrases "lucky lucky day" and "she always smiles"
and the word flower. a woman sings it.

i couldn't find this song in google or any other search engine , including lyrics search engines , so she probably made some kind of a mistake.

i really want to find out what is the title.
