The opening track is "Hugging My Grudge" by The Boy Least Likely To.
This is followed by "What I Am" by Edi Brickel and the New Bohemiens - I think this might be the one you are describing.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately neither track is what I'm after. I should have mentioned the track seemed to be instrumental with romantic violins and a jazz feel to it.

Might be Lujon by Henry Mancini? It's a gorgeous, lush piece of music that I tracked down after hearing it in a film recently!
