No. His first group was called Leaders of the New School, but when he went solo he did appear on one ATCQ track, "Scenario".

the rapper in tcq was called Q-TIP hes on the new chemical brothers tune galvanise

Busta was still in Leaders at the time of Scenario (Charlie Brown and Dinco-D, the other two mc's featured on it too).

Busta appears on a few more Quest tracks too.
