Which other composers besides Beethoven have suffered physical and mental disabilities whilst producing great music?

I have read thjat Mozart had Tourette's Syndrome. Donizetti suffered from cerebro-spinal syphilis. Robert Schumanann suffered mental and physical ill-health in later years, tried to drown himself and was committed to an asylum. Tchaikovsky, Handel and Berlioz all suffered from epilepsy.
