Just seen Phil Collin's one night only on ITV!!
Wow, what a star he is ehhh folks!!
He really is one of many firm favourite singers of mine.He will not be forgotten!!
Tonight I heard his song Going Back for the very first time, and I absolutely loved it.
I'll be getting this album very soon.
I have many vinyl album records of his classic band Genesis.
So,who's a Genesis and Phil Collins fan like me then?
Plus, have you got any favourite songs of his group, and from Phil himself?
At the moment I'm absolutely fond of Going Back, and that is one of my choices......
I would think of that as the best Crimbo pressie Mark!!! Nice one!!
Sorry peeps, but I will have to leave you all now.
I'm heading off back to my profile channel on YouTube now.
But, I will leave you with one final song from Phil Collins himself, who sang this earlier on television.Night all!!
Now I know what you're thinking, I was talking about Phil Collins earlier and posted that Going Back link........it was just in my mind at the time!!! Oh never mind.....just enjoy my last song!! I'm really off now.
I can't agree that PC is one of the greatest rock drummers ever - I have interviewed hundreds of drummers for a couple of major drum magazines, and he has never been credited once as an influence, and neither title has fancied covering him in interview.
My fave Genesis song is 'The Nkife', and second is 'The Musical Box' - although Collins only plays on the second track.
Im a bit late on seeing this but im a big Phil Collins fan so here goes!
Fave Phil Solo track = We fly so close
Fave Genesis track with Phil Singing = I know what i like (in your wardrobe)
I was really pleased to see that he had asked the last remaining members of the Funk Brothers to play with him, these guys are legends who most people have never heard of and are part of the best selling band in the world ever, a big thumbs up to Phil for that.
