There is a song that aaliyah had called, "back and forth". However it was a sample as much r&b is today. I don't remember who did the original but I am looking for the name of the original artist.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the Aaliyah song, but Cameo had a hit called Back And Forth back in the 80s. Would that be it?

No it's not the cameo song. I know that song. The chorus to this song goes, "back, back, forth and forth..." There are several songs that are called "back and forth" or something similar that I know of but none of them are the original to this song. But thanks for giving it a shot.
