My mum used to play a 60's song with man and a baby singing " goo goo gaa gaa goo goo gaa gaa ohhh my " at the end of the song.. any ideas who the artist was ?
Probably totally wrong here but the one I'm thinking of was from the 70's Gilbert O'Sullivan the song was Oh Claire. It did have either a young child or baby at the end.
Hi Tomuk62. I'm in Sweden and I remember from my childhood Stikkan Andersson - the ABBA "Godfather" - singing a song called Baby-Twist together with his daughter Marie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvF8_mWNAuE I know I've heard it in English but I can't find a reference to that. there was a song called groovy baby that had a baby gurgling and chuckling through it
words were
"Groovy, groovy baby
the way you walk (I kinda like it)
groovy. groovy baby
can I take you home?"
Thank you for all your help guys it was Buzz Clifford - Baby Sittin' Boogie 1961..
