Yes. On 24th, 25th and 26th of June. Tickets go on sale at 9am on 3rd April.
What are the costs?
Weekend tickets will cost 125.00 plus 4.00 booking fee and 4.00 postage and packing.
Any tips on how to obtain tickets?
More people will be disappointed than successful. You can try ringing (0870 165 2005) at 9am on 3rd April but you will be in a queue and still may come away empty handed (and with a large 'phonebill). You could buy the tickets online (Aloud) at the same time and on the same date, but the site is likely to go down as thousands of people try to access it at the same time.
If you are unsuccessful, you could apply to be a steward at the festival. You usually have to pay a deposit of around 200 (I think) which you then get back if you work your alloted hours. So you don't get paid for it, but you do get free entrance and chance to see some bands.
Is Glasto overatted?
It's full of drunk people, yes. But you meant overrated, which is subjective. I can't answer that, or your other question about other festivals, because I've never been!
