Just ordered a copy of the 500 Days of Summer Soundtrack. I love the film so that adds to the enjoyment of the music in it.

Also love the Juno soundtrack and Moulin Rouge (yeah, I know).

Which film do you think has produced the best soundtrack? One that you would actually spend your hard earned cash on?

No i'm the same with the Blues Brothers, didn't even find it funny.
Dirty Dancing and The Commitments
Ahh Moulin Rouge is my favourite film.. I know every song! :) Almost Famous and Forrest Gump have great soundtracks as well.. FG as it spans over decades and because i think it has one of the best song choices in Freebird to accompany the scene with Jenny on the balcony. Just amazing :)
2001 - one can't hear either of the classical pieces Also Sprach Zarathustra or The Blue Danube without the imagery from the film coming to mind.
