Pink's "like a pill"

This has been bugging me for ages - not sure if anyone else has noticed it, but the chorus of like a pill reminds me of a mid/late eighties  popular rock song rift - sort of Europe/Def Leppard/Whitesnake type era.  Any clues?  Thanks

I know what you mean grapefruit - the song I'm thinking of though definitely has some long haired bloke (or that type) singing it.  It's driving me MAD!
