I heard Gerry Rafferty was in Stealers Wheel though when I watched the video "Stuck in the middle with you" the lead singer or any of the band looked nothing like him!
Did he join after this hit or did he change his appearance drastically in a few short years?

He was in Stealers Wheel. Also in The Humblebums with Billy Connelly. Fabulous!

He formed Stealers Wheel in 1972 but he left very shortly after.

I cannot believe Gerry Raffertys name mentioned on these pages ,I have been asking for a long time if there are any fans of his superb music out there ,On a sad note I received The The running order and list of hymns for the Requiem Mass the other day ,I hope there are a few songs left to be released ,I watched the service on a live streamed ,I would love to hear from anyone who is into his music .
