No. UN troops are infamous for being the most ineffective in the world. Why get saddled with that tag?

It would be NATO troops, not the UN Peacekeeping Force.

Duh simple..... on the United Nation Security Council there are 5 permanent members two of which are Russia and China, who have opposed NATO and NATO allied countries since the 50's, let's give them some control of NATO.... yeah right!!

The make up of a UN Peacekeeping Force is very strictly controlled to ensure parity among all nations
