The Americans have targeted him with a drone strike.
If they were successful, good riddance to him. He was a disgrace both to his religion and the rules of war.

DT - does Keyplus openly supports extremists?
No, I don't think he does or has ummmm- rather unfair and not in the spirit of AB to suggest he might either, especially when he's not even on this thread.

Let's not go down that path please.
oops, some of his remarks have been near the cusp....

by the way the 'execution by missile' took place yesterday, as I understand it.
No they aren't, DT, he defends his religion, not murderers!!
I agree with Boo, it is against my nature to applaud the death of anyone, but it impossible to mourn the passing of someone like this.

it may not have happened; they're still checking it out.
I'm sure Jihadi John is very happy in paradise, having become a shahid, a holy martyr.

It's worth remembering that British Muslims will venerate him. They may say he was evil, but he died in their faith, and there is no room for disagreement.
I read that Jeremy Corbyn thinks that Jihadi John shouldn't have
been taken out!
I hope he is dead, let's do the same to any more like him.
Shame it was a quick death
As usual, Mr Corbyn speaks from cloud cuckoo land. Of course it would have been correct to have tried him for his crimes, but the chances of capturing him alive were about the same as Mt Corbyn's of becoming Prime Minister

toalisi- The 'true' story to that is that Jeremy Corbyn wanted him to stand trial for his atrocities. Perhaps he should have been, might have seem more of a justice to his victims, but it's done now, and again I'm struggling to garner much sympathy.
Is that the same Americans who said variously...

- He had been murdered by other ISIS militants.
- That he had fled to Turkey.
- That he was on his way back to the UK.

Forgive me for being a bit skeptical until I see some proof.
Crashing silence from British Muslims on my earlier post...
Which post?
We should not blame all immigrant muslims.
But we should be very wary of all Arabs who are of the wahhabi religion. Sadly, that includes most of the Saudi and Kuwaiti Royals who we fall over ourselves to do business with.
Corbyn has NO consideration for the cost of life to capture jihadi john. Put Corbyn in the war front line to face reality.
He isn't the only one who'd have preferred a trial Tambo.

I can see where they're coming from, they want justice- this way they feel 'thwarted'.
