How serious must a crime be before someone has their British citizenship taken from them? These Vermin in Rochdale and elsewhere can the powers that be not strip them of the citizenship and deport them after they have served thier sentence?

If they were born here then I don't think that anyone can take their passport and citizenship away from them.

Interesting. So...if someone is allowed the ridiculous claim that they are, for example say, Irish American, simply because they have Irish ancestors, then shouldn't it work such that if the US is fed up with them, they can be shipped off to Ireland ?
OG, the link I posted refers to the UK,don't know about the US.
People do get deported. It's just not widely publicised.

If they are born here though they can't be deported.

If they were born elsewhere and gained British citizenship they can have that stripped.
