Cadbury moved factory to Poland 2011 with EU grant.
Ford Transit moved to Turkey 2013 with EU grant. Jaguar Land Rover has recently agreed to build a new plant in Slovakia with EU grant, owned by Tata, the same company who have trashed our steel works and emptied the workers pension funds.
Peugeot closed its Ryton (was Rootes Group) plant and moved production to Slovakia with EU grant.
British Army's new Ajax fighting vehicles to be built in SPAIN using SWEDISH steel at the request of the EU to support jobs in Spain with EU grant, rather than Wales.
Dyson gone to Malaysia, with an EU loan.
Crown Closures, Bournemouth (Was METAL BOX), gone to Poland with EU grant, once employed 1,200.
M&S manufacturing gone to far east with EU loan.

Brexit definitely a factor for Honda, probably not for the airline.
While of course Brexit is not the only factor the uncertainty surrounding it most certainly influences the thinking. And that’s the uncertainty post March 29 as well as pre.
You can add Ford and Nissan to that list as well. Not gout for the car manufacturing industry here. And the fact that it doesn’t appear to help our being outside the EU in the future potentially and therefore not part of the tariff free zone which is being blamed: that ought to be a wake up call.

spath- they didn't say Brexit was a major factor- they reeled off a list which included a reference to Brexit and missed off the main one- fierce competition. They are bound to list as many possible reasons as they can think of to try to deflect any blame from themselves- eg inefficiency, poor management
