As the annual average temperature rises progressively, new buildings need to be built to be cooled, too. No more wilting in Summer in the office or at school.
Using the usual central-heating systems?

Another recent idea is having buildings with windows filled with water rather than gas which could save energy. Once mastered in the UK, it could find use in most parts of the world.
