I agree Canary it is, however at present its a civil case so there is no application for extradition, and I would suggest unless they have some real concrete evidence there wont be.

There is a sensible middle ground between these extreems but some on here seem to take the extreem view on issues (climate change is a hoax, covid is about State Control v the non vaccinated are dumb, )

I`m surprised we arent imposing the treaty they are using on Andrew to apply to Sacoolas, it has nothing to do with her husbands job. I have to ask why was a 17 year old swanning around in New York and elsewhere with a bunch of older people, common sense or parental control should have prevailed.

complete crap at cryptics is complete crap at something else: they arent. The treaty doesnt apply

they arent using the treaty ( xc in your own mind) this is civil and not criminal

The problem ( which I have stopped....no I have along with other people appealed to the beeb not to be so open mouthed and credulous) is that her legal team has been given full rein to blaart about the case without any 'holding to account' ( of their opinions)

The Beeb should have realised a lot of things - he doesnt have to respond, there are no depositions in English Law, the defence ( randy andys that is) does NOT have to be discussed on telly and so on and on. I note it is now stopped ( yesterday's news)
