There's no guarantee you will get your money back, so don't rely on it.

Not until next year, now.
The bank's appeal is due to start on October 28th and will last for at least 6 days, so it is still very much ongoing
Personaly I don't think anyone should get all their money back. It should perhaps be only a persentage..

You knew the rules you take your chances so to speak...
Well the 28/10 is come and gone and we still don't know a thing.
The banks have all changed their policies on bank charges now and you haven't got a hope in hells chance of getting any of it back.
I've just been stiffed by my bank through no fault of my own, because the bank official suggested I do one thing and as a result my account is now well over the O/D limit and I shall get stiffed again.
F*cking banks couldn't organize a pi** up in a brewery.
When you opened your account, you were given a breakdown of the charges along with a copy of the signed contract between you and the bank.

When you went overdrawn, bounced cheques, or whatever, you knowingly spent, or tried to spend, money that was not yours, then you got charged in accordance with your agreement with the bank and didn't like it.

Banks are not perfect, but you and every other person concerned (me included) have incurred charges at some point with 'eyes wide open'. We knew the rules and we were either negligent or careless. Neither of these reasons are the banks fault.

Accept the consequences of your actions and move on people!
