Are last years bonus' in the public domain? Are they available to shareholders? Or do appear in the annual reports without specific details of who got what?

Public limited companies are obliged to publish certain information about main board directors renumeration, so that would typically appear as part of the Annual Report to shareholders. Otherwise, no (and the vast majority of these bonuses are salary supplements to employees who are not directors).
