What do you think of the new budget by Gordon Brown?

As someone who drinks and smokes -

Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Aptly sums up my feelings. Although I'm not surprised by anything in the budget. I might get a 4x4 and start taking short haul flights everywhere I go, and see how much tax I can rack up in a year.

The working class have been conned, and are now worse off financially than they were before.

both myself and my two daughters are going to be worse off with the 10% tax band going up and the 22% tax band coming down both to 20% and the increase in national insurance. We have looked into working tax credits but none of us qualify. so much for labour being the party of the working class
