Census web site says "The fine for not completing and returning a 2011 Census questionnaire is up to £1,000. You may also have to pay costs"

Someone in my building hasn't done it, we have a communal mailbox and I answered the door to the lady delivering them and put them in the pigeonholes. When I checked the next day someone had stuck theirs back in my pigeonhole so I moved it into another one and it is still there. I hope they get fined!
