Mr Tabak has not had the opportunity to address the court to apologise to anybody at this stage, rojash. Today’s hearing was simply to hear his plea and he chose to plead guilty to manslaughter (which has been rejected by the prosecution) but not guilty to murder.

His opportunity to apologise will come if and when he is convicted of an offence and his regret can be offered as all or part of his mitigation. I believe he is to stand trial for murder in October.
What do you mean, your apology for not entering a reasonable question?
The apology which they have failed to give to Mr Jeffries.........?

Notable by its absence, rojash.
Thanks, jack.

I was not quite aware of what rojash's question was about, but guessed (wrongly it seems) he was referring to an apology from Mr Tabak.
Mr Jeffries has a suspicious haircut. It was a mistake any disreputable newspaper could make.
