They're saying that's he's suffered a number of strokes and is not fit to stand trial.

Usual excuse. He's 69 - hardly decrepit.
Perhaps a spell in an NHS hospital ward for the elderly might make him change his mind.
Let's hope not. Let's also hope that after giving him safe haven for 16 years and then delivering him only when he's unfit for trial, Serbia doesn't think this gives them a ticket into EU membership.
His extradition hearing was halted because his lawyer said he was in poor health, but HE IS expected to be delivered to the Hague.

I have not seen any reports that he will avoid a trial, though there is a possibility he may escape justice by dying before a verdict is reached.

He doesn't deserve any sympathy.

Wheel him into court on a hospital bed if necessary.
Good job he's not going to be tried in Scotland. If he's poorly they'd send him home on compassionate grounds.

Is Holland the proper place to try him? In Srebrenica Dutch troops stood aside as a massacre was planned.
annemollie....LOL
Well he's been declared fit for extradition..............

Was it Milosivic who died during his trial?
Nothing that a dose of Strychnine in his salad wouldnt cure and save us all the cost of lawyers, judges, upkeep, medical bills, protection and all the rest.
Question Author
Justice might be better served if he was handed over to the widows of some of the people he murdered.
