/// Be honest, AOG the above thread belonged in chatterbank.///
You should have added IMO, because that particular 'NEWS STORY' was not idle chatter, but if you do in fact follow the news, it was covered intensively by all forms of the media, so therefore I make no excuse for putting it up for debate on the News Section.
/// You post in news because it makes you feel superior and intelligent..///
I fail to see how you can see into my mind, but it would appear that maybe that is your problem, you think that I am somehow more superior and intelligent than yourself, although I have never deliberately given you any reason to make you think such things.
It would be most arrogant of me to hold those sort of feelings, i post on the News Section because I enjoy debating the news, just as I enjoy such TV programmes such as Question Time.
/// And I really do rotflmfao when you pop into chatterbank at Christmas, to wish us lesser mortals 'merry Christmas' ///
'Lesser mortals' eh? My you do seem to have an inferiority complex don't you? But perhaps you should not label the other genuine posters on chatterbank as such.
As regards wishing the posters on chatterbank 'Merry Christmas' it is what one calls 'common courtesy' since it happened to be Christmas and because I had also enjoyed some enjoyable approachers into the site over the past year.
.
But if my posts upset you so much perhaps you should go back to the 'lesser mortals' (as you describe them) in chatterbank.
But be aware I may pop in from time to time as the occasion suits me, especially at Christmas when I will once again wish everyone (including yourself) A Very Merry Christmas.
