The International Criminal Court says it's examining evidence that Colonel Gaddafi ordered mass rapes to be carried out by his troops and also bought drugs to encourage them to attack women opposing his regime.

I wish they would take him out completely and by any means

This has got to be the weirdest thread in News. Well done Bobbi!! ;o)
There is a saying "the first casualty of war is the truth". Whilst it may not necessarily be war it is a conflict of significance so it is entirely possible that this is an unsubstantiated allegation.

I would prefer him brought to justice - if necessary through a war crimes trial than taken out by any means. There are already too many deaths in our armed forces without wading into another hostile environment.
