How come that we allow foreign nationals to enter this country so that they can then apply for legal aid to enable them to go before our High Court?

Then our own Judges give them the right to sue our government for alleged torture, which was most likely carried out by Kenyan soldiers.

Indeed they can, but then can we have our day in court over the slaughter of 52 innocent victims in London July 7th, who do we take our case to,
What country will make reparation if any for those innocent lives. If you want morality, there was none in that, nor 9/11, nor in todays atrocity in Oslo.
I dont understand why you are equating terrorist attacks such as 7/7 or 9/11 or what happened today in Oslo with an uprising ,however savage, by an indigenous population governed through brutal repression by an occupying power - where is the equivalence?
Are you saying that because our survivors or families of innocent victims cannot claim reparation from the terrorists who committed those terrorist outrages, we should deny the right to have their claim heard to those individuals who might have a case against a colonizing power? Sorry, but that makes no sense to me at all........

Do you mean Caroline Elkins who is regarded as the David Irving of Mau Mau apologists she classes anyone who speaks to her and says bad things against the British as giving empirical evidence.
Since when has hearsay been classed as empirical evidence.
