HIV monster

I suggested in a past thread that persons should now carry a 'MOT' type certificate to prove that they were free from sexual diseases, at that time it was classed as a ridiculous idea.
Well it would certainly have saved these women from contacting HIV.
This monster has infected numerous women, the question must be asked however, that taking a look at him, how did he ever attract a single woman, never mind a number?
Yuk.

1. There is nothing certain about it. You can't for instance guarantee that the women would have asked to see it, or that it would have been valid at the point when he had sex with any one of them.
2. Even if you're right (which you aren't), pointing to an individual news story and saying 'well it would have stopped this' without considering its wider implications or big-picture practicability is more than a little sensationalist and not particularly useful.

Your Question appears to have two aspects AOG -
a) your suggestion that everyone carries a sexual MOT certificate, which has been dealt with already, i can add nothing to what has been said.
b) your question about the man's attraction to any woman sufficient for them to indulge in sexual activity. Surely you know that attraction is not merely physical - and that a bad photograph does no justice to anyone's attractiveness to the opposite sex (I know, there is no other kind of photograph of me!) so your question is really rather unpleasant - casting aspersions on this individual's physical characteristics, which he cannot alter, based on his heinous activities, which he can, but has chosen not to.
