hi, y'all. no proper sleep again tonight...body clock is ruined after four 15 hour days (haven't been paid properly for 3 months now - ruddy nhs!) and i have to apply for my own job later due to 'service redesign' (i.e. cuts that they promised wouldn't hppen after they stole our p*ss poor pay rises for two years that are always below inflation anyway). to say i am not amused would be an understatement...but i hope that your day/mornings are going to be a helluva lotbetter than mine. mwah x

It's the transfer deadline day and the last day of summer today
I have what could be a tricky meeting later this morning
I went to a world famous donut chain last night and still feel a bit sick so let that be a lesson
