You know how sometimes you see people driving blithely down the road with their coat or dress caught between the door and frame of their cars?
Something like that.
But then...no - it would have to be a chance in a million to accidentally trap a lead in a car door and not notice it...?
And then I wonder how anyone could be so stupid as to do something like that in a car which can be so easily traced. If a woman putting a cat into a wheelie bin can be caught, so can this 'person'.

Eddie...it was a wind up. The Ed confirmed it was posted by a banned user.
I think to hurt a defenceless animal is somehow worse that hurting humans. At least a human (we're talking adults here) stands a chance of fighting back....and trying to reason with their attacker. Or at least stand a better chance of defending themselves. Also, a large percentage of domestic attacks happen during an argument. No excuse, but people snap. That poor dog probably thought it was going for a walk...

Eddie, so what if we do get worked up over animal cruelty! I don't understand why people like you always find it necessary to point out that humans suffer as well. Who is making the humans suffer - other humans that's who! Cruelty is cruelty, no matter who or what it is inflicted upon and why do you assume that just because we care about animal cruelty, we don't care about human cruelty? I care about both, but at least humans have a voice, animals don't and people who care about them have to speak up. This little dog went through hell and if I want to rant and rave about the person who did it (because let's face it, I can't do anything else for the poor dog), then I will do, but that doesn't automatically make me someone who only cares about animal cruelty!
