If found guilty, what would be an appropriate punishment for this young woman?
No doubt some will ask what happened to provoke such a foul mouthed tirade (especially in the presence of her young child).

Whatever happened, bravo to those who chastised her, and double-bravo for everyone keeping their cool and not responding in kind.

So by your logic something was said that made her take drugs/drink whilst in charge of a minor and then launch into an unholy and immoral rant against what appears to be placid people on their way home? <<
i have not said that >> something was said that made her take drugs/drink whilst in charge of a minor <<
why not twist it a bit more and add a few more things

Oh, doubtless it will be the fault of a black person who (off-camera) provoked the normally mild-mannered and quietly spoken Emma West into an uncharacteristic outburst. But due to the lefty-leaning liberal tree-hugging yoghurt-knitting bleeding-hearts this video has been heavily edited to show this current paragon of virtue and nominee for Mother of the year in a pretty poor light!!!

Without the facts? The facts we all saw was.
1-She was drugged up or drunk on prescription meds.
2-She was acting in an aggressive abusive intimidating and racist fashion.
3-Any court in the land will tell her if she was abused first, threatened or attacked then she should've got help, phoned the police or got off the tram as any member of the public would've done when threatened, attacked or abused.

Leaving aside the 'strident nature' of Miss West's comments, you shouldn't swear like that in front of kids.
It's just trashy.
And furthermore, even if you have those thoughts, you don't have the right to share them. Sgt.Rock - an analogy...say you regularly get on a tube train with a woman with a large bust - do you have the right to loudly comment on the size of her bosom?
Everyone on the tube may be thinking the same thing, but common decency should prevent one from shouting about it.
