id say many people have filmed stuff like this on their cameras but never thought to do anything with it...except show their mates... now they see nationwide coverage of similar incidents and that in fact publicity could see the person punished, they are more likely to put them online

Er, isn't it in their own interest to cater for the majority of their tourists?

Do we not also go to the expense of providing interpreters, providing signs in a multitude of foreign languages, in public buildings and hospitals etc, and also print all informative literature, also in a multitude of foreign languages?

And all that is for the tax costing immigrants, not wealth producing tourists.
