Was this a racist attack?

/// A gang of Muslim girls who repeatedly kicked a young woman in the head walked free from court after a judge heard they were 'not used to being drunk' because of their religion.///
Although these Somalian Muslim thugs screamed 'kill the white ***' and also called her a "white bitch" they were not charged with racial aggravation.
Instead of being sentenced for assault, occasioning actual bodily harm which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, they were allowed by the judge to walk free.
/// They were given suspended sentences after hearing that they were not used to alcohol because their religion does not allow
it. ///
Their victim's sentence:
She was left so traumatised that she lost her job following repeated absences with stress and flashbacks, Seventeen months on from the attack, she is still undergoing counselling and suffers from panic attacks and flashbacks.
What can one say about the justice in this country? Except to say "there seems to be one law for some and another for others".

I read something in the paper about a Pakistani lady calling an English girl a dirty white **** and hit her with a shoe, and she still hasn't been charged or even arrested for it, im disgusted. this was an article in the Rotherham news paper
It doesn't look to me like the judge used the reason of 'not being used to alcohol' as a reason for giving them a suspended sentence; it says "...he said he accepted the women may have felt they were the victims of unreasonable force from Mr Moore as he tried to defend his girlfriend, and handed the defendants a suspended sentence."
I would be more likely to believe that judges are only allowed to sentence a certain number of people to jail terms because of the lack of space in prison and he was already at his quota than believe that he thought the alcohol excuse was a viable reason for their behaviour.

Why are some people claiming that race laws only work against white people?
Why are they claiming that when whites are attacked by non-whites, the CPS never acknowledge the inherent racism?
Are people suffering from dailymailitis?
That's a real disease - it affects the eyes like glaucoma - but with dailymailitis, you can see, but all you can see is what you want to see.
It's in medical dictionaries.

I don't really subscribe to the theory that whites can't be victims of racist crime. But I would have thought in this particular case that a charge of racially aggravated ABH could have been brought but wasn't. I suspect the CPS probably just went for the crime that was easier to prove, but on the face of it (ie on the basis of the Mail's report!) it certainly looks racially based.
If I'm right, the problem lay with the CPS, not the judge.

Hopefully she won't be accused of simply having a chip on her shoulder - something that non-white Brits are frequently accused of when makin claims against racist whites.
It would be useful to understand why this case wasn't presented as a racist attack, when it clearly was.
Without any explanation, it leaves a bitter taste.

I want people to understand that racist attacks against whites ARE treated as racist attacks, and that we shouldn't simply take the one reported in the Daily Mail as being the default position of he courts.
I think it would be better to look at figures supplied by the Met police - they record hate crimes and break down the figures by race.

Why don't you give up? You know you are fighting an un-winnable argument here.
Perhaps it is you that is suffering from some form of an eye problem, seeing that you won't accept facts when they are before your very eyes.
It cannot be dailymailitis, because there is no such condition even though you also wrongfully state that it is in the medical dictionaries.
