American CIA Agent sentenced to Death in Iran
Clearly Iran's decision to sentence him to death is a political one. I am sure the White House will want to respond to this. Could it raise tensions to an even greater level between the U.S and Iran?

Fuelled with the recent sabre-rattling missile testing exercises in the Straits it's reasonable to assume that this will escalate matters further. Whether that will be speeded up by the supposed return of the John C Stennis remains to be seen.
