Well what can be said about these traitors?
They and those who support them are in the minority, judging by the Multi Ethnic crowds who came onto the streets of Leicester in their thousands to cheer and wave their flags in support of the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and the Duchess of Cambridge.
So I say to self-haters such as:
Morrissey,and The Smiths.
Roger Waters of Pink Floyd
Jeremy Paxman
and all those others, such as:
Sean Penn
Argentina’s President Cristina Kirchner
Portia Simpson Miller, the newly re-elected prime minister of Jamaica
'Rule Britannia'

You do not respect them inherently because they are royals, you respect them for their actions, just as you do everyone else. Just as, I might add, you don't (or shouldn't) just respect somebody simply because they are old - your respect is granted in accordance with the virtue of their deeds or thoughts.
And aside from William and Harry, there are an awful lot of other minor royals who literally do nothing at all.
By the, male members of the royal family do not join the services by choice. Pat on the backs for them sticking with it (unlike their uncle), they must be brave men.
However, I have no more respect for them than the council estate lads who are doing the same job.
William and Harry can't make up for the rest of the non-working family.
It may seem I'm anti-Royal family...but that is not true. I am completely ambivalent - like my feelings for Dame Ellen McArthur.
