That will teach them for voting in the Scottish National Party, but still they get free prescriptions, free eye tests, free elderly care and free university tuition fees, so they can't grumble.

Don't think they make clear on what evidence it's predicted, aog. Maybe it's a calculation that 500 Scots will stop drinking too much because they can't afford ther cost of crossing the border !
