I mean we all hear these weird stories from time to time, but even the Miami Police have been shoced by this. Feel really sorry for the victim, but what on earth was the perpretator doing on the streets, surely he should have been in a secure place?

^^ Agree, em, but I felt that with the normally sensible responses from fellow Ab'ers, it would be something we'd discuss as something in hindsight, whilst obviously emphasising with both the victim and the attending police officer, not forgetting the informant. It's a very disturbing & worrying action by the assailant. IMO
