I entered a pic of our rabbit, Malcolm into the pet's section in the Metro and yesterday (18th June 2012) they printed the picture.
Unfortunately I couldn't get a copy ofthe paper and have run out of options. I have emailed the Metro and so far no contact from them. I am wondering if any of you out there has a copy and can provide me with a scan of the article.
I'm not sure how you would get the scan to me because I've not noticed any email addresses left on the site - not since i've been using the site anyw2ay, but I guess there's a way around it.
Thanks in advance.
I have the iPad version of Metro, and could email the picture to the AB editor. You could then ask him/her to email it to you (on this site, we don't share email addresses).
Just checked online version and there's no pets section, and definitely no pictures of rabbits.
Just thought though - are you talking about the free Metro newspaper that's given out in tube stations in London, or are you referring to a version from another city?
for future reference - if you do want an ABer to email you something, set up a throwaway email address (eg [email protected]) which they can use; then don't use it again. It may fill up with spam but if it's on Hotmail it will be deleted after a month's inactivity
I would have thought that there was a clue to this gentleman's location by two things:
1. He does the Western Mail crossword
2. DaiJ could perhaps, maybe just suggest that there is a Welsh connection.

If you want to do something like jno suggests above, let me know and I'll try to send it to you in that way. Can't figure out how to download the pic to photobucket et al.
