No chance of that , when the americans idea of a small portion of food , is the equivalent of our large .

romneycare is pretty much the same as obamacare so it's almost inevitable. Both will just make more $$$$ for the meds and insurance companies.
But lets face it they've already got far better survival rates for cancer and some other illnesses than our NHS can match
if only they realised there are other countries in the world who are doing it far better, like most of western europe or better still Singapore. Why not copy them?
