Further to Sandy's comments about Fanny Craddock, I remember the TV cookery programme when she and he husband were making pastries and trying their best to copy each others efforts:
Fanny was heard to say, "Oh I say, my cream horns look just like Johnny's" to which J replied, "And my doughnuts look exactly like Fanny's".

I once worked with a Mr Goodwillie and at the same company there was also a Mr Badcock - honestly you couldn't make it up!
