But doesn't this fly in the oft-argued position that "only white people can be racist"?

This suggests a level playing field, does it not?

Oh, and how comes Ferdinand was fined by the FA before being found guilty in a court of law, whereas the FA held back on Terry???

Because Ferdinand wasn't tried first in a court of law.

Whereas Terry was not only stripped of his Captaincy before being found 'not guilty' by a court of law, but with still being on a sloping playing field, will now have to also face the FA, so they can then get their 2nd 'Pound of Flesh'.
Well...I'm all out.
