It's reported that a magazine in France is to print photos of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless, while on holiday.
I think the Duchless is a lovely young woman, but I have no special desire to see pictures of her topless taken from a long way away.
My curiosity is - who would? So the DOC has breasts - shock horror! If anyone wants to see semi-naked ladies, we have a national paper here which prints a pic every single day.
I am utterly unable to see why anyone would be remotely interetested in these photos - but some people must be, hence the publcation.
Anyone know anyone who would buy this mag - or similar?
I dont get it either. but there is an unhealthy obsession with diving into 'celebrateis' lives. There seem to be hundreds of these magazines around the world.
I guess many people must buy them or the magazine would not pay the amounts demanded for this type of photograph.
Just think how fortunate we are living in UK. If this had beed a topless pic of a Saudi princess, French enbassies around the world would be in flames, suicide bombers would be on the streets of Paris etc. I will restrict myself to boycotting French wine and cheese. Bloody frogs.
Quite right, Sqad. She should have had more sense. Don't the royals have advisers, who can tell them what the range of a telephoto lens is? I don't condone what the French have done with the photos, but, really, one or two of the royals seem to have the common sense of a doorknob.
Actually, I sort of agree with Sqad. She she be aware of the awful paparazzzi, especially if outside where photographers can hide. It is not nice but I am surprised at her naivity.
Harry was different. He was at a private party in a private room with so called friends. It was a so called friend that took the photos.
Unfortunately as much as we complain about the Media, people still want to see such photos and the gutter press survives because of the public.
She is most certainly not a silly girl Squad but equally although it somewhat distasteful to spy on people and photograph them I think it's certainly a storm in a teacup. That being said I can understand why Prince William might be a bit hair triggered on the subject bearing in mind what happened to his mother.
Noone has blamed Kate at all. Just said that she should have been more careful knowing what the paparazzi are like. Everyone is blaming the parazzi and the publication.
