Thank you for the link M-T.

The same story was reported in Metro this morning, but it was so badly worded that I couldn't make out what had actually happened.

So this was Serbian players as well as the crowd?
No doubt they'll claim to be "peace loving and tolerant" and say that all of the alleged offences were committed by shop mannequins.

As a disinterested observer, football authorities are only there to make sure shirts are tucked in and socks pulled up, anything else interferes with their serene progress to self promotion and importance.
Hopefully they will, disgusting display.
The report doesn't mention the rioting in Italy which caused Serbia's senior team to have to play their next Euro 2012 qualifier behind closed doors.
They have an appalling record. A bit ironic really after all the fuss about Ukraine ...
They wont be banned. small fine maybe so they will just continue to do it.

Would not be surprised if it was twisted to England fans, Blatter hates us.
This does seem to be a problem in the old eastern bloc nations especially the Slavic ones. I would say the Uefa/Fifa should make an example of the Serbs and ban them initially for a couple of years and let them back in the hope that they would have put their house in order. Very sad that there are still those with outright Nazi levels of racism.
The Serbian FA got fined less in 2007 (Fans racist abuse and misconduct of their Under-21 players, in a game against England) than the Spaniards did in 2004, when just the fans abused Ashley Cole and Shaun Wright-Phillips. They'll never learn and they'll never change their attitude.

Nothing less than a full ban from all International competitions.
A ban from competition is unlikely. I think you'd need to have a few deaths (as at Heysel, say) for that to happen).
The problem being that it is extremely unlikely that it would do any good.
On the other hand Serbia has a poor record, so some sort of severe penalty is going to happen.
UEFA seem hotter on this sort of thing than FIFA. According to the report "the matter is with UEFA", so although it's a FIFA competition I think UEFA are bound to have a say, particularly as Serbia transgressed at the last Euro qualifying.

I have the news on in the background ......

"The Serbs deny there was any racism"

Uefa should show some botox and give them a minimum 3 year international ban. If they do not, the FA should call for Platini to step down.
In theory Serbia should be banned, but in practical terms it's a probably non-starter.
On the other hand Bosnia were suspended from International football for having too many presidents(!) so if they can do it for that ...

Update ....... Uefa are going to charge Serbia

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19985824

and England ......unbelievable.
What's the betting England gets a bigger fine than Serbia?
They'll probably decide that some of the English players are guilty of provoking the Serbian fans by being black.
